About Joe
Joe Jr. is the winemaker and co‑owner of Barton Family Wines and Grey Wolf Cellars. He joined the family business after attending Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and has been leading winemaking since his father’s passing in 1998, focusing on dry‑farmed vineyards in Paso Robles and crafting a portfolio of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Rhône varietals.
