Tom Hunter is the co‑founder of American Heritage Trees, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides saplings from historic sites. He acquired the Rice Farm in 2013, is the great‑nephew of Ezra “Edd” Rice, and continues the family’s tradition of farming and tree stewardship.
