Dr. Joseph A. Mills, Jr. is the founder of Agapé Embassy Ministries. He rededicated his life to the Lord in 1980, attended Shiloh Baptist Church, taught at Rhema Christian Center’s Bible College, and later served as a pastor in the five‑fold ministry. He led the ministry for over 25 years, overseeing its growth and vision until his passing on March 12, 2019.
Dr. Joseph Mills is a co‑founder of Agape Embassy Ministries, established in 1993, and a key leader in the church’s Christ‑centered, non‑denominational community in Alexandria, VA.
